Villa Elusia is a brand-new, fully equipped beachfront villa standing alone on the wild, unspoiled west coast of Kos — right on Agios Theologos Beach, just 50 metres from the water. One of the very few villas in Kos with the sea literally at the doorstep: no crowds, no noise, only the sound of the waves, the endless Aegean horizon, and sunsets that have made this corner of the island famous.

Inside, the villa is bright and modern: two comfortable double bedrooms, an open-plan living room with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, a shaded veranda with rattan lounge furniture is the perfect front-row seat for the evening show — where sunset meets serenity.

The legendary sunset taverna of Agios Theologos is right next door, and the beaches of Kavo Paradiso and Kefalos Bay are a short, scenic drive along the coast.
